Terms of Service

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Do not share login access with others. You must provide accurate, current information and promptly update it if it changes.

• Keep your password secure and use unique credentials where possible.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or a security incident.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms.

Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed at enrollment unless otherwise stated at checkout. Prices, taxes, and billing cadence (one-time or recurring) are shown before purchase. If a payment fails, access may be paused until the balance is settled.

Refunds: 100% before the first session; 50% within the first week; otherwise non-refundable. If you purchased as part of a bundle, refunds are calculated based on the bundle terms presented at checkout and any sessions already attended.

• Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account suspension while we investigate.
• If we cancel a paid session without a suitable replacement, you may choose a make-up session or a pro-rated refund.
• Digital materials delivered or downloaded may be excluded from refunds where legally permitted.

Conduct

We maintain a professional, inclusive environment. Zero tolerance for harassment or discrimination. Scenes must respect boundaries. You agree to follow instructor directions, safety practices, and community guidelines during live and recorded activities.

• No hate speech, threats, stalking, sexual harassment, or unwanted contact.
• Consent-based practice: you must honor “stop” cues, boundaries, and content limits immediately.
• No recording, redistribution, or public posting of sessions or participant content without explicit permission.

Intellectual Property

The Services and all included content (curricula, exercises, scripts we provide, recordings, templates, and brand assets) are owned by Roleflame Acting Studio or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access materials for your personal learning use.
• You may not resell, sublicense, share, or republish materials unless we explicitly authorize it in writing.
• Your original work created during training remains yours; however, you grant us permission to display testimonials or feedback with your consent.

Privacy & Communications

We may contact you about scheduling, updates, service changes, billing, and support. Where required, marketing messages are sent only with consent and include an opt-out mechanism.

• We aim to minimize data collection and use it only for service delivery, billing, and support.
• For live sessions, you are responsible for your environment (background, bystanders, and audio) and must avoid sharing private information.
• Some sessions may be recorded for internal training or participant review, where announced in advance; if you do not consent, contact us before the session.

Disclaimers

The Services are educational and are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee specific career outcomes, casting results, or earnings. You are responsible for your participation and any decisions made based on training content.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roleflame Acting Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the relevant Services in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Services, legal requirements, or operational practices. The “Last updated” date at the top indicates when revisions were made. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
